POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for all network systems admin, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for all network systems administration, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for Azure Cloud Services, Windows Servers, Office 365, VM Ware, Nutanix HCI, ISA, Certificates, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba and Brocade Network switches, routers, Palo Alto firewalls, and disc sub systems.
- Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access.
- Serves as a mentor and works closely with Network Administrators and fellow Tech Services staff members.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects.
- Provides backup support for Track Travel Crew.
- Manages backup/recovery applications.
- Senior lead for Help Desk Support Team.
- Manages NAS/SAN systems.
- Manages Microsoft Back Office Applications.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Strong TCP/IP, Brocade/Aruba Networking experience, Microsoft Windows Server, VM ware, ESXi, Nutanix HCI Platform, Aruba ClearPass, Palo Alto Firewalls, Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft ISA, Office 365, Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Networking Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Network Troubleshooting, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Performance Tuning, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SQL, VDI Solutions, WLC, VMware, and Veeam.
Certifications & Licenses: Azure Solutions Architect a plus.
Other Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attentive listening and documentation skills. Project management and documentation. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and climb ladders. Part time travel required.
