NASCAR – Where America’s Brands Meet to Compete! 
NASCAR is seeking a Sr. Manager, Partnerships and Sales – West Region, Phoenix office.  This role will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate brands and sponsors aligned with Auto Club Speedway (LA market), Kansas Speedway (KS City) and Phoenix Raceway.  Executing against several major events, this role will lead partner activation strategies and manage partner relationships at events that include NASCAR playoff events, major market events in Los Angeles and NASCAR’s Championship event in Phoenix, Arizona. 

The Sr. Manager, Partnerships and Sales role is the right opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can conceptualize and effectively communicate big ideas, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and who wants to work collaboratively to deliver quality partner experiences at multiple facilities and events. 

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Lead day to day communication and fulfillment of contractual obligations for all Auto Club Speedway, Kansas Speedway and Phoenix Raceway sponsors / partners. 

Ensure day to day management of inventory reports and status through the EBMS system

Coordination of sales focused reports for internal and corporate needs

Assembly of the Minute by Minute partner schedule coordinating efforts on race weekends

Collaborate with and support sales team in the development of compelling sales presentations and concepts

Other duties as assigned.

Performance Measures

Partnership renewal status

Full sales reporting accuracy and timeliness

Successful completion of sponsorship obligations and effective communication

Qualifications

BA/BS marketing or related field; one to three years’ experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
