Within our facility in Enstone, we are looking to hire the most talented individuals to support our mission. As part of this team, we have a role within our busy Composites department as a Senior Composite Laminator/Inspector.
Senior Composite Laminator/Inspector - The Role
The main responsibility of this role will involve carrying out inspection activities to improve the quality and consistency in production of composite components. You will be Checking laminate check off sheets on structural and all FIA homologated components and Inspect all core and inserts are in correct positions and core thickness. As a Senior, you will be expected to have excellent knowledge and experience of laminating composite race car components to first class levels of quality and output. Senior Composite Laminator/Inspector - The Person
We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience of working within a motorsport composite laminating environment. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
