Senior FP&A Analyst

Alpine F1 Team have a fantastic opportunity to join us at a very exciting time in our history within Formula 1. In the role of Senior FP&A Analyst you will be working within our busy Finance department at Enstone, Oxfordshire.

Senior FP&A Analyst – The role

This position will have responsibility for delivering monthly rolling forecasts on P&L and cost cap, leading monthly budget reviews with budget managers. You will own the content of management accounts across the entire organisation ensuring major variances vs budget/previous forecasts are understood and explained.

You will also play an active role in delivering accurate prediction in managing the actuals and forecast. This will be completed hand in hand with budget holders in challenging risks and identifying opportunities.

A key responsibility will be becoming a subject matter expert on the cost cap financial regulations ensuring you assess and advise technical and operations departments on Financial Regulations application.

Senior FP&A Analyst – The person

The successful candidate will have proven technical ability; QBE qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT. They will possess an understanding of modern management information systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI), a strong ability to problem solve and handle complex end to end workflows.

You must also have excellent planning and organising skills, be autonomous, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.

Candidates must place excellence and the delivery of service to our internal customers as a top priority. You must be able to challenge the business in a constructive manner using excellent interpersonal skills to create strong and durable relationships.

For this position it is required to have outstanding communication skills, ability to deliver key messages at all levels with both financial and non-financial management, attention to details and an engineering mindset.
