Role Overview

As a Senior Campus Recruiter, you’ll create and execute strategies to place top talent and build strong partnerships with your client teams and support partners within our department. Through networking and sourcing efforts, you’ll build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, Colleges/Universities, extend and negotiate offers and be fiscally responsible while advancing Fisker’s reputation. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Senior Recruiter.

Responsible for assisting with execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting. Apply theory and skills learned through academic course work, in a direct work setting with employees and/or clients either individually or in groups.

Tasks

  • Creatively source high caliber candidates by maximizing school partnerships, student organizations, internet resources, employee and student referrals, and other resource tools.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with various educational institutions; maintain relationships with students, faculty and staff. Actively recruit internal professionals to represent Fisker on campus.
  • Influence hiring decisions by assessing talent through behavioral based interviews, facilitating selection decisions and extending job offers.
  • Present a unified approach with internal stakeholders and ensure one consistent Fisker approach on campus.
  • Foster recruiting relationships with undergraduate accounting students and target top talent to continue to build pipeline
  • Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with hosting on-campus activities at key schools, including scheduling and conducting interviews, arranging receptions, activities, presentations with key clubs and organizations (i.e., BAP, NABA chapters), etc.
  • Coordinate all logistics surrounding the office visit process, including final round interview days, office interviews, open houses, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target candidates as well as business partners, including all levels of employees, partners, and leadership as well as university officials, clubs and organizations, faculty members, department heads, recruiting team, etc.
  • Work directly with University/Campus Recruiting Manager on campus recruiting strategy
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion
  • Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Experience And Education

  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Strong communication skills and experience delivering professional presentations
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients
  • Travel required, including some overnight trips by car
