Power Automedia, a leading digital media company in the automotive industry, has an opening for a Senior Advertising Sales Rep in the Performance Automotive segment. Senior Advertising Sales Rep will sell our digital automotive media products, including digital advertising, video, and live video/broadcast sponsorships.

About the Job.

We are looking for a Senior Advertising Sales professional to fill an opening at our Murrieta, CA office. If you are passionate and knowledgeable about cars and have a strong basis in growing advertising sales and building relationships with clients, we’re looking for you. The Senior Advertising Sales position is directly responsible for selling digital advertising, TV/broadcast, and video production services to automotive industry clients. We are looking for someone who will continue our growth through building positive client relationships, increasing awareness of existing publications and services, and successfully launch new publications and services in new markets. The best candidate will possess an upbeat, team and company-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven, “growing” environment.

Experience and Education Required

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in automotive media, marketing, or aftermarket product sales.
  • Existing relationships with automotive industry decision makers a bonus!
  • Digital media expertise – Familiar with Web, Facebook, Forums & Online Blogs!
  • You are fast-paced, have lots of energy, and are truly willing to put in hard work.
  • Some Experience in Automotive Performance
  • Must be a visionary that is able to see opportunities where others only see challenge
  • You must carry yourself with high levels of leadership, integrity, intelligence, and maturity
  • You must be passionate, serious about winning, and enjoy challenges
  • Excellent salesmanship and experience in understanding client needs, overcoming objections, and close sales.
  • You should be a quick thinker, fast on your feet, a quick typer, and have strong computer skills.
  • Good negotiator and mediator. Incredible people skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Powers of persuasion and presentation
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • You must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
