Job Description:

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Account Executive, Brand Marketing based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

The Senior Account Executive, Brand Marketing is responsible for the development of marketing campaigns around key marketing initiatives including brand, ticket sales and tune-in efforts.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Play an essential role in the creative development of marketing campaigns for key industry initiatives including developing creative briefs, overseeing feedback to agency and managing the creative production process from beginning to end
  • Serve as key day-to-day point of contact for company’s external creative agency
  • Manage campaign production timelines and approval processes
  • Manage execution and day-to-day follow up and on company’s Affiliate Task Force Program
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance around brand direction for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal Creative Services team responsible for development of marketing collateral and advertising
  • Oversee the creation of internal and agency status reports and deliverable documents
  • Budget management and tracking

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in marketing or marketing/digital agency
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Exceptional team and interpersonal skills
  • Superior follow-through with a high-level of accountability for assigned tasks
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude and passion for marketing
  • Strong executional capabilities
  • Desire and ability to create and champion a vision
  • Strong collaboration skills are critical
  • Ability to travel 10% including some weekends
