We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team and work on one of the most iconic motorsports partnerships in the world. You would be joining the operational team of one of Octagon’s most prestigious and exciting international accounts, with a shared ambition to spearhead growth across the client business and motorsport sector. Key Deliverables:

  • Working as part of our team to deliver the event & hospitality programme for one of the most exclusive motorsport sponsorships on the planet, including:

    • money can’t buy driving experiences

    • private factory tours

    • management of bespoke VIP F1 hospitality programmes

  • Deliver first-rate client service and account management

  • Work to identify new and exciting hospitality offerings within the industry to offer to clients

What’s riding on you?

  • Operational planning and execution of a global event and hospitality programme, including driving experiences, factory tours & Formula 1 events

  • Assisting with the integration of the clients’ brand messaging and product experience within the hospitality programme

  • Bulletproof oversight of event plans, third party suppliers and budgets

  • On-the-ground management of the client and hospitality guest experiences

  • Assisting in the preparation of programme strategy, operational briefings and reporting documentation pre, during and post events

Qualifications

Skills and Experience that will make you successful

  • A passion for motorsport including Formula 1 or automotive industry

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing agency or client service role

  • First-hand involvement in a premium hospitality and guest programme

  • Great attention to detail and organisational capabilities, with an ability to multitask and creatively solve problems

  • A team player, who will champion an enthusiastic and energetic team / agency culture

  • A creative and operational ambition to deliver a truly unique solution for your clients’ needs

  • Previous experience dealing with confidential contractual and financial information

  • Not essential, but languages would be a benefit – especially Italian
