Sales Position: Exhibition Sales

Are you looking to pursue a career in motorsport? Motorsport Network is looking for someone to join the exhibition sales team in the fast-paced world of motorsport. 

Motorsport Network is a privately held global events, media and technology company that owns and operates multiple brands representing the world’s largest audience of people who love motorsport and cars. Every month over 56 million dedicated users visit our digital property; to buy, learn or simply feed their passion for cars and racing. 

We sit at the heart of the racing and automotive industry, encompassing news and insights, events, tickets, OTT, games and esports. Brands include, Motorsport.com, Autosport.com, Motor1.com, InsideEVs.com, MotorsportTickets.com, MotorsportGames.com.   

We’re looking for highly motivated people with a minimum of 2 years of exhibition sales experience who can push themselves to help us achieve our sales targets whilst taking full responsibility for this critical role in our growth.   

 Candidates must have their own transport, and we will provide a company laptop. 

  

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Maintaining and increasing sales revenues on our products – B2B andB2C. 
  • Building a strong client database. 
  • Representing Motorsport Network in a structured and professional way, via face-to-face meetings, calls and attending competitive shows. 
  • Good negotiator and communicator with strong written and spoken English language skills are essential. 
  • Take responsibility for specific tasks as requested by the Commercial Manager and provide sales forecast while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records. 
  • Team player, working with all other members, including sales, marketing, operations and accounts. 
  • Able to communicate, engage and sell at Senior Management and Director level within client base including blue-chip organizations - able to adopt a consultative approach to selling and form strong business relationships with clients 
  • The successful candidate will be ambitious, hardworking, motivated and proactive.

Location: 1 Eton Street, Richmond, TW9 1AG 

Salary: Negotiable - plus uncapped commission 

Start date: Immediate 

Reports to: Commercial Manager and Director of Events 

Hours: 9.30 am – 5.30 pm plus extra hours as and when necessary
