Sales Manager (m / f) Motorsport

RECARO Automotive Seating has been setting the benchmark for mobile seating for decades: the first retrofitted sports seat for automobiles, the lightest vehicle seat in the world, the most innovative commercial vehicle seat and new sports seats in modern composite construction. Numerous manufacturers of automobiles and commercial vehicles rely on RECARO Automotive Seating seats. In addition, we serve end customers with retrofit seats and motorsports enthusiasts through the retail trade. RECARO Automotive Seating is a medium-sized company within the global Adient Group - with lean structures, short decision-making and fascinating products.

 

Main tasks:  

  • Further development of the RECARO Motorsport strategy

  • Acquisition of new customers as well as support / visit of existing RECARO dealers and service partners

  • Processing of customer requests and preparation of offers

  • Ensure an adequate brand presence in the markets and implement the RECARO CI guidelines

  • Market observation and preparation of market analyzes as well as expansion of strategic alliances

  • Implementation and organization of product training at dealers and service partners

  • Support of the motorsport team on the race track

Qualifications

 

  • Completed studies of engineering sciences with good commercial knowledge or comparable qualification

  • Relevant professional experience in the field of motorsport

  • Professional experience in sales overseas service (preferably automotive accessories)

  • Willingness to go on a business trip several days

  • Very good English language skills as well as good knowledge of MS-Office and SAPR / 3

  • Negotiation skills, teamwork, flexibility and resilience
