Sales Executive

Millers Oils is a leading blender of lubricants, oils and treatments and we have a number of opportunities to join the sales team throughout the UK. If you are passionate, results driven and have the desire to succeed this is the role for you. These roles will be focusing on selling the Millers Oils treatment range into workshops and garages.

Recently launched, the Emissions Performance Programme (EPP) has been developed using our years of industry expertise and knowledge of specifically developing fuel system and engine decontamination treatments and has been formulated, not only to operate harmoniously with today’s modern engines, but also to be the best in class.

This professional, trade only programme has been developed to be used in services, MOTs and general maintenance and repair work. The range of treatments available provides garages and workshop owners with an important additional revenue stream and furthermore, business can be gained from the range of consumer-focused retail treatments too.

We pride ourselves on being able to supply a premium quality, comprehensive range of engine oils, transmission oils and treatments for the modern passenger car, which both garages and motorfactors can confidently supply to their customers.

We are on the lookout for sales executives to become part of our national network to distribute and drive our EPP programme along with our automotive oil sales, to help us expand even further. You will be required to work in a dedicated region and will have the full support an experienced business manager.

Experience of working in the automotive aftermarket would be favourable and your current role may not be in sales but in the service or parts sector, with a desire to move into sales. Certainly being a car enthusiast would beneficial.

Skills needed for the role

• Experience in the automotive industry ideally with selling in treatments 
• Knowledge of motor factors and dealership operations 
• Self-motivated, driven and motivated by success 
• Strong communication skills and confident consultative selling ability
• Commercial awareness and the ability to sell a profit opportunity 
Along with this you will be supported by a technical team for training needs and a marketing team for support materials to fully assist you in your role.

This role comes with a company van.

OTE £27,500 - £32,500 (upon achievement of all set sales KPI/targets) Plus generous benefits.
