Sales and Marketing Manager

Summary

Each position will primarily be responsible for managing all sales functions related to each facility, such as prospecting, selling, servicing and communicating through all key stakeholders.  Along with sales responsibilities, each position will also handle the internal and external marketing functions for the raceway which includes social & digital media, collateral development and distribution, third-party advertising relationships and any additional marketing responsibilities that may arise for the raceway. 

Description and Requirements

The successful candidate will preferably possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Sports Management; in addition to a minimum of 1-3 years related experience.  You should be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, analytical, platform, and time management skills that include a strong customer service orientation.  On-site setup and teardown requires that you are able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in extreme temperatures outdoors.  Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Due to the nature of our schedule and track activity, the Sales and Marketing Manager must be able to work event weekends and summer holidays throughout the entire event schedule. PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
