We are looking for an individual to support our sales teams with administrative duties.
The role will be very systems intensive and will rely on very high levels of attention to detail. The role will also require someone to assist with general admin duties and eventually assisting with phone answering and email communication.
This role is for a hardworking, consistent person who enjoys high volume workloads and is happy to work as part of a team.

- Processing sales documents such as orders, delivery notes and invoices on SAP
- Filing and other general admin duties
- Issuing relevant documents to customers and dealers
- Taking phone calls and responding to emails
- Responding to order / invoice related queries
- Liaising with production with regards to scheduling and order details
- Gaining Product Knowledge
- Gaining knowledge of SAP and our internal systems
- Understanding and implementing system changes
The ideal candidate will:
- Be flexible as to what work they do and when
- Be willing to help the rest of the team if needed
- Take instructions from the rest of the team in order to work in the most efficient way
- Be extremely confident on a computer
- Be able to work quickly and accurately
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00
