Ruroc, recently backed by VC firm BGF with £7m, is completely D2C. All sales take place through our eCommerce store www.ruroc.com giving us a direct connection with our customers that legacy / competitor brands do not possess. This close connection to the end rider has given us the ability to reduce the feedback loop and rapidly innovate and enhance our gear at a rate never seen before in the Global helmet industry.
We control our destiny; we manage everything end-to-end to deliver our promise to customers and fulfill the potential of the Ruroc brand. We are building world-class teams across the board and in 2021 we have invested in our own Ruroc Factory to keep up with our ever-snowballing demand.
We are now looking to hire a Returns Processor, focused on dealing with inbound returns and replacements. The positions sits within our Operations Team and will be based in our Ruroc Warehouse in Gloucester.

Main Accountabilities

  • Receive and process customer returns efficiently and timely.
  • Checking compliance of returns in line with the returns policy.
  • Identify and report any helmets or accessories that are not in line with Company standards.
  • Input returns data accurately for the Returns Administrators to process the returns information.
  • Ensure that Quality Assurance is the main priority from start to finish.
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse and working environment.
  • Other duties in the warehouse when required.
  • Think like a Ruroc Rider. All-day. Everyday.

Requirements

  • Be able to work with your own initiative as well as take instructions and guidance from the Returns Manager.

  • Are bullish about Ruroc and its potential Globally.

EXPERIENCE
You have...

  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience using Google Sheets/Excel for data inputting.

You might have...

  • Experience in a Returns Processing role.
  • Experience in snow, moto or sporting products
  • Purchased Ruroc or similar products, you’re a customer/love skiing, snowboarding and/or motorcycling
