Summary: The Paddock Shop, Road America’s official souvenir, and apparel store, is looking for casual/seasonal retail associates to primarily work weekends, some weekday shift may be available. Associates are typically assigned shifts within a 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. time frame. Additional hours/shifts may be available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to race fans looking for souvenirs and gifts.
- Process cash and credit card transactions using a Point of Sale System.
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the merchandise and shop (folding apparel, arranging displays, dusting, sweeping).
- Assist with inventory processing (receiving, labeling, stocking).
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Cheerful, friendly personality with great customer service skills.
- Capable of standing for extensive periods of time.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
