Retail Marketing Specialist

In order to strengthen the Retail Marketing team (part of Operational Marketing), we are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join our Headquarter.
In this role, you will manage global products launches from the early phases to the roll out to markets. Key will be the definition of marketing guidelines and the identification of best practices in order to share them with our regions, ensuring dealer’s strategy is in line with the Ferrari corporate vision and sales objectives.
Moreover, you will be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns and the development of materials briefs in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing, Sales, Communication, Product marketing…).
Note that this role is both a planning and strategic role as well as highly analytical and operational, based on target objectives and specific KPIs. This includes portfolio performance monitoring and reporting for Top Management, product performance analysis and forecast, budget management.

Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor/Master/MBA engineering or economics) with a minimum of 3 years of highly relevant experience, preferably gained in FMCG, automotive or luxury.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded and highly-motivated marketing leader who will make an immediate impact. You have a proven track record for success and are abreast to the latest marketing technologies and trends. You have excellent strategic mindset, project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. You are a self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You are results-oriented and highly analytical. You are able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You have a client-centric approach along with excellent relationship and communication skills.
A good knowledge of Italian and English language (both spoken and written) is essential.
