We are seeking a tenacious, passionate and experienced Research and Insights Manager to join our established Commercial team. This is a new and exciting opportunity at Racing Point F1 Team as the successful candidate will play an active role in the creation and strengthening of the market research and sales strategies as Racing Point makes the exciting transition to Aston Martin F1 in 2021.
As a newly created role within the team, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop and take ownership of the R&I function. Within the role, the Research and Insights Manager will take the lead in sourcing and introducing new partner leads to support the growth of and maximisation of the Team’s commercial revenue.
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the sports sponsorship market and full lifecycle of sponsorship acquisition is a must have. The selected candidate will also possess the ability and experience to build and lead a team to deliver best-in-class research and insights for the Team.
