REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Level5 Advertising is seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate team player to join and electrify an already dynamic and well-rounded sales and customer-driven environment.

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will prospect, sell, and maintain new clients for a fast-paced, high-growth marketing company that serves the RV industry with an emphasis on digital and targeted direct marketing solutions.

RSDs are responsible for increasing revenue within an assigned region and developing and managing a pipeline of qualified new business and existing opportunities using a consultative sales methodology. RSDs tackle heavy cold calling, research and discovery, sales presentations and the close while working closely with the VP of Sales.

RSDs are responsible for the initial launch of Level5 products, services, and overall strategy with new clients, as well as the management and retention of existing clients. RSDs closely monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness utilizing proprietary company technology platforms and work closely with the Client Services Team in the corporate office to ensure all campaign deliverables are accurately executed on deadline and all projected revenue is accounted for each month.

A minimum of 3-5 years retail sales experience is required, specifically relating to the RV Industry Sales, RV Marketing, Powersports Industry, Marine Industry, Automotive Industry, Automotive Marketing and/or Automotive Agency.

ADDITIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prospect targeted RV dealerships within assigned territory
  • Conduct prospect research and discovery
  • Host virtual presentations
  • Present face-to-face sales presentations
  • Calculate accurate/appropriate client budgets and submit client contract proposals
  • Create and manage business plans to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales quota goals
  • Set and manage expectations with new clients
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met throughout the monthly process
  • Must learn and become fully knowledgeable on all company products and service solutions within the first 90 days
  • Must be able to work well as a team player and independently
  • Must strive to maintain and uphold all internal processes and procedures
  • Must take own initiative to improve tasks and meet company goals
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and have a professional demeanor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA or BS degree, preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years retail sales experience is required, specifically relating to the RV Industry, RV Marketing, Powersports Industry, Marine Industry, Automotive Industry and/or Automotive Marketing, required
  • Understanding of Targeted Mail, Digital Sales, and Marketing, preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of dealership operations
  • Excellent dealership relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation is commensurate on experience, as well as participation in company benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness. This is a remote field position. The ideal candidate will live in the Milwaukee market area and must have convenient access to an airport.
