As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations in the US and globally
  • Manage the interview process via ADP, Teams, Zoom, maintaining accurate records
  • You will provide a high-touch virtual interview experience for candidates at all levels and all functions of the business.
  • Greet candidates, provide hospitality, and ensure the interview experience is extraordinary 
  • Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members, providing quick and thoughtful solutions
  • You will post, manage, and update job posting in our applicant tracking system and externally to various diversity job boards.
  • Manage and track sensitive data for the Head of TA and Senior Leadership
  • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to the Head of TA and recruitment team members, supervisors, hiring managers, and others.
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties as related to executive recruitments with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
  • May conduct reference checks
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve the process.
  • Maintains the integrity of the Applicant Tracking system, ensuring that Requisitions are up to date with appropriate statutes and dispositions (including closing out requisitions that are filled on hold or canceled)
  • Responsible for updating TA related metrics, database, and other TA related reports as assigned by Head of TA
  • Ensure that interview feedback is collected prior to each debrief.
  • Assist TA team to generate offer letters and initiate the hiring
  • Coordination within various cross-functional teams to assure the employees are on-boarded successfully. 
  • Engage new hires and serve as a resource for new hires and their managers
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR transactions in our systems and handle reports/ data requests
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications, Skills, And Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience in high volume Recruiting department preferred
  • G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
  • Microsoft Excel experience is a must. 
  • HRIS/ATS, LinkedIn experience preferred.
  • Meeting scheduling platforms, i.e., Teams, Zoom, Calendly, etc preferred
  • Results-driven with the aptitude to apply critical thinking skills, problem-solving, analysis, and sound judgment
  • Strong affinity for building rapport with candidates, explaining complicated information in an approachable and easily understood manner, effectively handling challenging phone conversations, and representing the Fisker brand;
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal in the English language;
  • Proven adaptability with a willingness to work both collaboratively and individually to achieve desired business outcomes;
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality;
  • Able to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks;
  • Flexible attitude in accepting unique and non-standard requests from time to time.
  • Proficiency in PC software, especially spreadsheet programs.
