Job Description:

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Recruiter based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.

This person will manage the recruiting process from position opening to onboarding.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meets with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting strategy, conducts market research as needed and makes recommendations on compensation level and sourcing initiatives.
  • Discusses corporate Diversity initiatives and reviews strategies for impact.
  • Develops or updates current job description, thoroughly reviewing FLSA status.
  • Manages requisition approval process, ensuring proper information, signatures and documentation are attached.
  • Initiates and manages job postings and sourcing strategies.
  • Reviews and shares qualified candidates with the hiring managers.
  • Conducts prescreens and interviews for position.
  • Prepares offers to selected candidates, ensures pre-employment screenings, onboarding processes are completed.
  • Ensures all pertinent correspondence is captured for employee and recruiting files.

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ related recruiting experience
  • Exceptional team and interpersonal skills
  • Superior follow-through with a high-level of accountability for assigned tasks
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude
  • Strong executional capabilities
