NOLA Motorsports Park is looking for a bright and friendly Receptionist to join our team and manage the front desk on a daily basis. As a Receptionist you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our company whether it’s answering the phone, greeting guests or responding to emails.
Essential Functions:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Return or distribute voicemails
- Track and respond to the NOLA Motorsports Park email inbox
- Manage our on-site RV park by assisting with reservations, questions, transactions and refunds
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Miscellaneous internal department projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree or GED equivalent
