Job Purpose
To develop products for EMEA markets as part of an integrated project team, embracing a strong project management discipline and facing technical challenges in order to meet the future needs. Specific focus on development activity in tire design and industrialization.
Main Accountabilities
- Contributes to the technical development of tires by participating in technical teams.
- Contributes to the process of benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analyzing of test results, and preparing technical documentation.
- Participates in defining engineering approaches and in planning and scheduling work.
- Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
- Provides his contribution to the preparation of Technical Meetings with the Customer.

Technical skills
- University: degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automotive)
- Computer: Very good MS Office package knowledge, good PRO-E capabilities
- Digital mindset: Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools/software to change business or processes
- Learning and Change Agility
- Other: Basics of Material characterization, Basic knowledge of Tire construction nice to have
- Language: Fluency in English, German/French nice to have
