Capital Karts operate a busy Go Karting circuit based in Barking, East London.We are currently looking for Race Marshals / Track Assistants to join our existing team.Main duties include supervision of race events, ensuring that safety rules and procedures are adhered to, liaising with customers before, during and after their race event. Marshal duties include: Watching race events to ensure safety and fairness.
Issuing flag signals and warnings to drivers.Track maintenance and cleaning.Refueling of go karts. Day to day housekeeping duties.Other duties as the Race Directors see fit. Due to the nature of the business, you will be expected to work evenings and weekends as required.We operate on a zero hour contract. This position would ideally suit someone with a passion for Motorsport looking to progress in the industry.
Up to £7.55 per hour + uncapped bonus
