Here at Capital Karts, we operate a very busy Indoor Go Karting circuit based in Barking, East London.
With our new two-level track we have an exciting opportunity for anyone with a passion for Motorsport and good customer service skills.
We are looking for a number of Weekend Race Marshals / Track Assistantsto join our existing team.
Being a marshal involves supervising race events, ensuring that safety rules and procedures are adhered to, liaising with customers before, during and after their race event.
Marshal duties include:
Watching race events to ensure safety and fairness.
Issuing flag signals and warnings to drivers.
Track maintenance and cleaning.
Refueling the go-karts.
Day to day housekeeping duties.
Other duties as the Race Directors/Managers see fit.
Due to the nature of the business, this is a weekend only position.
We operate on a zero hour contract, however, those that show enthusiasm and goods work ethic will take priority over others in shift patterns.
Wages Start at the national minimum wage with a chance of progression.
No experience necessary-Full training will be provided.
