Develop new ideas, tools, and methodologies for maximizing the performance and reliability of the team's current and future race-cars with the Race and Performance Engineering Team in a collaborative fast-paced, collaborative environment. General:Engineering team car for maximum performance while managing and troubleshooting any problems. Regular reporting of the work in progress to the CTO and Chief Race Engineer. Create and maintain the process and procedures of the teamCollaborate across time zones with a global teamInternational travel as required to execute your responsibilities. Before Each event: Prepare the work before the race event and create. Pre-Event meeting and documentationPrepare optimal energy usage strategy for each eventPrepare optimum race strategy for presentation during engineering meetings. Develop activities at the workshop with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve the performance of the car During the event: Engineer the car to optimal race specificationWork with the performance engineering team to define the vehicle setup strategy. Coach the drivers to obtain the best results from them. Develop Data Analysis protocols using our software to check the performance of the car and drivers. Work with both drivers to compare and improve lap times. Help manage race operations and strategy on trackParticipate in setting up the garage with the team. After the event Analyze the data from the last event and provide suggestions and commentsContribute to and produce the post-race report after the race event (maximum 3 days after each race). Contribute to and provide race feedback in a debrief meeting after each event to define the action to put in place. Technical report of our performance vs the competitors and how to improve. Development car work. Work on the development car to improve reliability and performance. Participate in all testing activities and any other team activity as required Development on the next season Car: Participate in the development of next season’s car to optimize design and maximize performance.
