Race Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers
  • Effectively responding to all customer inquiries (via phone, mail, email, and in person)
  • Selling the karting experience to potential customers
  • Booking races and group events
  • Accurately processing customer payments (ensuring proper billing, collecting proper payments, and providing correct change)
  • Setting and managing customer expectations
  • Cleaning and maintaining the registration, briefing, and race prep areas
  • Ensuring customer safety to the degree possible
  • Respectfully following management instructions
  • Effectively communicating with management

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older as of the employee’s start date
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to communicate clearly with customers and staff members in English
  • Capable of performing the physical aspects of the job, including bending and twisting, standing for long periods of time, and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Able and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
