Scuderia AlphaTauri has an exciting opportunity to join our Composite Production Department in Faenza as Quality Process Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the quality system of Composite production, helping the development of production performance in terms of quality. You will be responsible for the promotion, implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture, leading the application of root cause analysis in problem solving.

CONTRIBUTE TO THE CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BEST PRACTICE QUALITY VISION, STRATEGY, POLICIES, PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES TO AID AND IMPROVE OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE Working with the Project Managers, Team leaders and Head of Composite Production to improve Quality level on composite parts

Create kpi metric design for evaluation of production performance

Execute the day-to-day tasks, providing mail and follow up on Quality item

Lead weekly Quality meeting of Composite production
- PROVIDE FLEXIBLE ATTENDANCE AND ATTITUDE TO WORK both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department.

Establish and refine quality sign-off instructions, standards and documentation

Conduct ongoing analysis
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Significant experience (5 years at least) in a Composite Industry
- Experience of working in a Quality Department
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Quality tools (es: 8d, PFMEA, APQP, FAI, ..)
- Base Knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO TS16949, EN 9100 preferred)
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Competency in problem solving, team building and decision making
- Masters Degree in Engineering
- Fluency in English
