The team is seeking an exceptional candidate to excel in the position of Quality Assurance Manager.

This newly created position will be responsible for creating, developing and directing a first-class Quality Control function ensuring high level standards are established and delivered. The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role liaising between Production and Trackside ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of targets. You will work collaboratively across a number of cross-functional departments to instil best practice and continuously improving our approach to Quality Assurance across the team. Leading highly skilled groups, you will look at identifying and implementing business improvements of workflows and processes ensuring our Inspections and NDT teams are constantly striving to achieve excellence in regard to quality, efficiency, reliability and performance.

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of best-practice inspection preferably in F1. You will also excel in generating respect and teamworking in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; be self-motivated and able to motivate and lead others; have the ability to communicate new processes and procedures effectively across a range of departments developing achievable initiatives; proven track record of strong personnel management; excellent level of communication skills; and a strong level of computer literacy.
