The Role
Due to continued growth we have a vacancy for a Quality Assurance Inspector within our Quality Assurance Department. The role has been created to understand and apply Quality Standards using a defined inspection process, whilst performing vehicle inspection in an automotive production environment.
On a day to day basis you will partner with Production Supervision and Team Leaders to help understand, measure and improve production defects found at the Quality Inspection Points (QIP) and be accountable for the following:
- The recording of accurate information and results using both paper and PC based systems.
- Creation and updating of quality standards.
- Prevent quality defects by working as team carrying out defined inspection activities on components.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate successful experience in quality inspection within an Automotive or similar environment.
