The responsibility of the Publicist is to work in the race tower near the announcer on race day. The candidate will type out the results of each race, write a press release summarizing the events that took place on race day and submit to the media. Additional responsibilities may include assisting the Track Announcer with information, updating driver’s lists, providing information to the media, taking fan birthday/announcements, helping with pre-race activities, kids events and more. Hours are typically Saturdays from 6:00 until 11:00p.m. (Age 18+)
