Project Manager

Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role)

• Establish project Plan, track and react to critical path impact.
• Budgetary management and conformance to Lotus financial processes.
• Project Quality Management - Ensuring the Lotus IT Project delivery gates, milestones are followed, and deliverable requirements are achieved.
• Cross functional project team deployment - Establish and review the project organisation chart, scope of works and resources planning.
• Project Risk Management - Establish management and risk assessment plan (tracking and control / mitigation).
• Project Status reporting – Reporting of MI to the PMO and IT Management.
• Follow up / follow through of the action plan during the Project Stages.
• Ensuring all changes is assessed and controlled.
• Complete Service acceptance for all product and process changes.

Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)

• PRINCE 2.
• Experience of working under different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall. Sigma 6, etc).
• SAP related Project experience.
• Complex change management experience.
• Understanding of Network Infrastructure.
• Experience of business wide deployments (VoIP, WiFi, Infrastructure.
