Role Overview

As the Project Coordinator, Retail Development you will be responsible for managing jobs through several key phases of the development process including design, construction and ongoing operations.  This person must be highly organized and have strong communication skills.  A positive attitude is required as you will be taking direction from multiple colleagues to keep the development process moving.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Project Manager, Construction to lead the RFP process and general contractor selection
  • Work with the Project Manager, Construction to facilitate project handover and manage project close-out
  • Work with the Project Manager, Design to co-lead event design and fit out
  • Work with the Marketing team to manage grand opening events
  • Work cross functionally to lead pop-up events
  • Track all events from inception to installation while communicating clearly and effectively on job status
  • Be open to frequent process development ensuring Fisker is always finding ways to improve the customer experience and reduce costs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and/or directed by leadership
  • Maintain weekly reporting to update executive management and cross-functional team members on the project status from lease execution through completion

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study 
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Possess ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Presentation and communication skills required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously while making critical decisions 
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability
  • Ability to travel
