Project Co-ordinator

Williams Advanced Engineering are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this is a key role where the successful individual will plan, coordinate and support the management of designated projects, to deliver agreed objectives including revenue, timing and deliverables.

Duties will be wide ranging and varied and will include planning and coordinating the delivery of small projects giving consideration to technical requirements. The successful individual will coordinate cash management, invoicing and be comfortable with compiling all aspects of Internal reports / forms (PAF and PRF).

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a programme delivery environment and maintaining and cosy plans. You will be able to provide event support when and if requested including travel nationally or Internationally and ensuring confidentiality is always maintained, in all aspects of this position.
