Program Manager

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Program Manager to monitor the development of components for our vehicles. You will develop the complete program for dedicated projects (vehicles), starting from the definition of the macro-strategic plan of activities required, in to deliver to the highest standards, on time and within budget. And furthermore you will fully coordinate the products and parts required, coordinating the internal as well as external project stakeholders.
In this position therefore , you will play a key role in managing the development plan of new components, identifying targets, costs and timing based on your technical background, and based on detailed internal and selected external benchmarks.
You will be in charge of supervising an inter-functional team, defining guidelines and ensuring a effective and efficient flow of information within different functions (R&D, Industrialization, Production, Purchasing). And of course you will become the reference point for the management team (led by the Chief Technical Officer) to monitor the plan's progress.

Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor/Master/MBA in Engineering) with around 5 years of highly relevant experience gained in design or testing area, gained in the automotive sector in a similar role. 
And in addition, you have already managed a (small) team, ideally across different areas. As a result where you have developed a professional and pragmatic approach, with a know-how in project management, resources coordination, problem solving and reporting.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, bringing a strong work ethic and integrity. 
A good knowledge of Italian and English language (both spoken and written) is essential.
