ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Duties are considered to be relative to work areas (sandblasting, masking, coating, etc.)
- Other production duties as required.
- Must maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety practices.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.
- Detailed, quality workmanship.
- Forklift operation.
