We are looking for an experienced Production Planner/Scheduler with a keen eye for detail and good analytical skills.
Working within a highly focused team you will work closely with the sales, purchasing and manufacturing departments to ensure optimisation of inventory quantities and delivery requirements. You will be generating production work schedules and ensuring the integrity of our ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Working within the production team, accept ownership for the production scheduling function
Maintain and control MRP/ERP operations including:
· BOM / Routing development & maintenance
· Release and approve manufacturing orders
· Maintain and review safety stock inventory levels
Provide assistance in quote costing calculations.
Liase with purchasing, sales and engineering departments to ensure smooth flow of requirements.
