Production Controller

The position:

We are seeking a Production Control Scheduler to schedule, coordinate and control the manufacture of Composites Production components from release to manufacturing through until completion, to the agreed timescales. This would include engaging, developing and improving the finite capacity scheduling system, shop floor data collection software and any supporting systems used within manufacturing. Another part of the role would be advising, forecasting and reporting to others within the business.

The role:

This role will ensure that all scheduling for manufacture is kept up to date and that all relevant departments are kept informed of any changes as well as ensuring that all scheduling for manufacture is as effective/efficient as possible on a day to day basis whilst taking an active part in strategizing for future improvements. The role will also have elements of working closely with I.T. support functions to drive both software and hardware forward to continually improve the functionality and support needed for the business.
