Production Control and Process Manager

The company:
Williams is one of the world’s leading Formula 1 teams. It exists purely to race in the top echelon of motor racing, where it has been winning Grands Prix for more than three decades. The Williams name has been synonymous with top-level Motorsport since the 1960s.

The position:
We are looking for a Production Control & Process Manager to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

The role:
The Production Control & Process Manager will work across the full end-to-end of Operations, from design release through to part delivery. They will be responsible for driving process definition and adherence across all production areas, including required governance and controls.
The Manager will bring clear strategic vision to Williams’ operational activity, backed-up by an ability to implement and maintain initiatives in order to achieve that vision. They will be a champion for continuous improvement and be the Production lead on a program of transformation activities.

Core Skills:
We are looking for candidates with significant experience working in a manufacturing environment and with an excellent understanding of production workflows. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusted relationships at all levels of the business. They will also have experience leading complex change or improvement initiatives in a fast-paced and cost-constrained environment.
