Support materials management processes and related production documentation.
Duties
- Prepares and maintains files on all production and quality related documentation.
- Monitors the shop order process from initiation to completion.
- Reviews closed shop orders and for activity, material adjustments and coordinates necessary corrections prior to closure.
- Coordinates print/drawing requirements for shop orders with engineering.
- Enters new items, material requirements and routing information into ERP system.
- Maintains and provides production with daily and weekly reports.
- Maintains product availability reports for Sales and Marketing.
- Maintains a custom order requirements process.
- Maintains performance metrics updates.
