BASIC FUNCTIONS: We are looking for a Production Associate / Production Employee who has a strong single focus that is hard to duplicate even in others as patient as themselves. Once a trade is learned you have a steely dedication and approach tasks systematically and can be held accountable from start to finish. PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE / PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Feed raw materials into production machinery. Assemble goods on production lines and monitor the production process.
• Must identify acceptable quality of finished parts. Have a strong commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Able to lift/carry/stack/nest completed parts on carts, pallets or other packaging using the appropriate equipment following all safety standards and is to maintain a safe working environment.
• Position requires person to stand, bend and move about the facility and able to lift up to 40lbs. Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
