Job Duties
- Support team lead and team members through the multiple phases of parts production (coiling, grinding, racking, deburring, grit blasting and assembly.)
- Assist with special projects, handling customer specific requests.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Keep tools and equipment in clean, orderly condition daily.
- Cross train within the department to learn other skills and work processes.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing expected results as instructed.
- *Required to take a class in Blueprint Reading (provided by RCS).
