Product Support Technician

The Product Support Technician will have the responsibility for supporting DW products through retail injector and pump services and RMA/warranty testing of all DW products. In addition to the servicing, testing, and reporting on DW products, this position will also support customers throughout the warranty/RMA process in both technical and customer service aspects.

The secondary role of the Product Support Technician will be to provide customers and internal staff with technical assistance on DW products. Technical assistance includes answering pre and post sales product questions; assisting with the selection of appropriate fueling products to meet project goals; troubleshooting basic product fitment and use problems.

Daily responsibilities will include tasks such as: performing service and testing on fuel injectors and pumps; providing customer support through incoming emails, phone calls, IM’s, and support tickets; maintaining databases and documentation associated with the warranty process; providing internal technical support to other employees; executing special projects as assigned.
