Product Manager, PitStop Betting

Role Purpose:

Do you have experience handling complex multi-faceted projects, and delivering them on time and to budget? We need an inspirational and innovative Product Manager to work on this exciting new business venture within the Motorsport Network.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead key projects for PitStop Betting, a brand new betting venture launched by Motorsport Network. This role will lead and steer the marketing strategy for our betting products, and ensure delivery of cross-functional work streams across Motorsport Network and other platforms.

You will join the world's largest sports startup family, with reach over 25M Motorsport fans each month through flagship titles like F1 Racing, Motorsport.com, and Autosport.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy: Implementing and executing upon the business strategy for the product. Input into the product strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Project Management: Promotional and marketing projects across functions such as Marketing, AdOps, Design,
  • Product Management: Managing the backlog, requirements gathering, liaising with the Development team, feedback gathering, market research, data analysis.

Skills and Experience Required:

ESSENTIAL:

  • At least 7 years of experience managing multi-faceted projects in the digital media space.
  • Experience working within the gaming, preferably gambling industry, with digital products and apps.
  • Exceptional Presentation skills, to board and c-level execs.
  • Excellent analytical acumen. 

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of Gambling Commission guidelines, rules, and policies.
  • Content strategy in the gaming/gambling (sports) space. 

Knowledge

Required:

  • A passion and deep knowledge of Motorsports, and in particular F1.
  • A passion for betting/gambling, and a working knowledge of how the industry works and monetises.
  • Google Analytics, native analytics tools within social channels.
  • A general finger on the pulse of digital and tech trends, in particular in the sports industry.
  • Outstanding ethical behaviour 

Qualifications Required:

  • At least seven years experience in a sports or digital media company.
  • Project Management qualifications (PRINCE or similar) 
  • Bachelors degree at a minimum.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, and native social analytics tools.
