- Design, validate and release heat exchanger products that meet customer requirements.
- Utilize math modeling tools to design heat exchangers.
- Coordinate test and/or development programs for heat exchangers.
- Interface with customer. Translate customer requirements into products. Resolve customer issues.
- Oversee sample build, test and delivery
- Review and approve drawings for heat exchanger products.
- Review heat exchanger designs with Manufacturing to confirm manufacturability.
- Perform continuous improvement activities including cost reduction and quality improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
- 5 of more years of experience in product design and development desired.
- Knowledge of engineering process, procedures and analytical skills required.
- Math modeling and computer simulation of heat exchangers and thermal systems preffered.
- Knowledge and ability to reach and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of thermal fluid systems and components required. Knowledge of HVAC systems and components preferred.
- Knowledge in and experience with aluminum alloys and their properties and applications desired.
- Computer skills in office utilities required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently required.
- Experience in brazed aluminum heat exchangers desired.
