As a leading innovator in friction technology development, we are currently searching for Process Engineers who are aggressive, results oriented professional with a passion for the automotive industry.
Specific Responsibilities Includes:
- Process Owner
- Process capability
- TS16949 Requirements
- Machine design, continuous improvement and /or re-design
- Assist in defining safety standards and productivity standards for new or existing manufacturing processes
- Assist in establishing quality standard and procedures for new and existing manufacturing processes
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to define continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements or to enhance product quality or manufacturing productivity including but not limited to Applications Engineering and Quality Engineering departments
- Assist in the creation or modification of employee training
On the Job Training, technical knowledge and skill set should include:
- Mechanical Design
- Hydraulic/Pneumatics / IS A PLUS
- Electrical knowledge
- Knowledge of PLC programming and interfacing/Controls/Ladder Logic Programming
- New product/ Process Development
- Material Handling System
- Heat Transfer
- SPC,DOE, and FMEA
- Vision Systems
- Robotic/Process Automation Technologies
- LabView/ Solidworks
- Position requires a 4 year Engineering Degree
