Print Machine Operator

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motorsport enthusiast to join an hugely successful business, that designs custom graphics for worldwide leading drivers, teams & manufacturers across the karting & motocross industries.

This role will mostly be operating and maintaining their print and production machinery, along with checking & packaging the products; so a good eye for detail is definitely needed.

There is lots to learn, so you’ll need to be able to pick things up quickly and the hours are in a rotating shift patterns from 6am – 2.30pm, OR 1pm to 9/10pm (1 weeks early-shift, followed by 1 weeks late-shift). You’ll be non-stop all day, checking that every print comes out to the world class quality their clients expect and are use to.

The team is small, friendly and all work hard to keep the business performing as the world class business that it is, and ensure its continued success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Previous experience operating print machinery is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to pick up and learn complex details quickly
  • Able to work well in a small close-knit team.
  • Good work ethics, very hard working & self-driven
  • High standards & a good eye for detail

The business is going through exceptional growth and has expanded by 65% from the previous year, so this is a great time to get on board. For the right person, this position has the potential to grow into a management position within the next 2 years.

The role is based out of new, eco-friendly offices, which are spacious, light and airy. There are places to keep your bikes if you cycle in and they have showers. They also have a nice open plan kitchen, with fruit and bagels provided and a food van that visits outside. There is also onsite parking, so you don’t have to worry about walking far and they just look really great (we think so at least!).
