Principal Aerodynamicist (current car / future car)

Key responsibility for each Principal Aerodynamicist is to be the singular point of contact for the Aerodynamic Development of the current and future car. With no line management or administrative responsibilities these individuals are focused on working with Leadership and the Development Groups to construct a mutually agreed and communicated Aerodynamic Strategic Development Plan; monitor, guide and directly contribute to the Aerodynamic Development progress cross-group; and communicate key findings, opportunities and threats to key stakeholders. The “future car” Principal Aerodynamicist would take on the “current car” role at start of a new season to ensure continuity.
