- Assemble mechanical and electrical components for energy recovery systems quickly, effectively and safely
- Conduct power electronics, Energy storage system and High Voltage module assembly
- Bench and parametric testing of components to meet performance requirements
- Use databases to ensure all components and sub-assemblies are accurately tracked
- Report relevant quality issues constructively via our Fault Database.
- Maintain and continuously improve our equipment and our build environment

Be skilled at…
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Electric assembly and PCB connection as well as familiarity with electrical diagnostic equipment
- Working with electrical systems, particularly building, testing and fault finding (strong)
- Electric motor stator winding assembly and familiarity with electrical diagnostic equipment is essential
- Identifying and communicating issues and opportunities within the department
- Organisation and prioritisation
- Following complex and intricate processes
Have experience of…
- Electrical assembly principals.
- Working on low and high voltage electrical systems
- Small batch Military spec loom manufacture in the formula 1 industry would be an advantage
