Working with Ferrari means working with engineering excellence and innovation on the highest level. In this position, you will play a challenging role in designing power electronics devices and contribute to the transformation of system technical needs in Electronic and Functional requirements.
You will be in charge of managing components development in compliance with vehicle milestone and in charge of managing suppliers in the requirement, design, prototyping and industrialization phase until the productive delivery.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the production risk associated with supplier choices and assess the feasibility of supplier technical proposals, suggesting alternative solutions.
You will increase your engineering knowledge, being constantly updated on legislation regarding the installation of high voltage electric device on automotive vehicle.
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor/Master/MBA in Electrical /Electronic Engineering) with 3 years of highly relevant experience gained in design of electric devices and an excellent knowledge of Electronics components currently available on the market (IGBT, MOS, predriver).

Ideally, you have gained a previous experience in power devices industrialization (material and process) and developed a good knowledge in inverter power stages and DC/DC converter design in automotive sector.
Availability to travel is essential, as well as a good knowledge of Italian and English language (both spoken and written).
