This position: working within the cross functional Programme management group,  reports to the Global Programme Manager or their designee and is located in the Maranello facility. Responsible for supporting the Programme management group with the creation and management of plans as required throughout the season. Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. Support the planning activities of Haas as required throughout the season. Responsible for working with the design office to collect technical and external changes which will influence the plans. Responsible for providing daily updates to the Programme Management Group on plan changes. Responsible for informing any misalignments to the approved plans. Contribute to meetings preparing documentation and material as required. Follow all safety regulations in all venues. Other duties as assigned by the Global Programme Manager. Education and Work Experience: GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required. Further education including University Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering desired. Preferably 3 years of experience of planning within an Automotive or Aerospace environment. Prior experience in Formula One is advantageous. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Experience of Programme Management or Project Management strategies Previous experience of planning technical projects Programme management certifications are advantageous Ability to work in a team promoting communication within the team and with the other departments. Ability to work autonomously. Proactive and able to manage fast changing situations. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks with conflicting inputs. Organization, precision, and attention to details are essential. A can-do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential. Equipment and Applications: Solid computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Office with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Project Ability to prepare and present effective presentations of complex subjects to a diverse audience in an engaging way and agreeing outcomes for resolution. Ability to follow complex regulations related to shipment of materials.
